Greetings all!
Tallulah releases are right around the corner. GCA weekend is November 10-11 and I need to start rounding up volunteers. Shifts are 8am-noon or 11am-3:30pm, and including the following volunteer assignments:
registration – take signed waivers from boaters and control traffic going down the stairs to the put-in
bridge – keep tourists from crossing the bridge and help control the flow of boaters on the stairs
put-in – keep boaters organized and traffic flowing (you must be a boater to work the put-in)
take-out – sell parking permits, and direct traffic flow to maximize parking and keep things moving.
