About this event:
The Elemental Body Alignment System (EBAS) focuses on strengthening the core and preparing the body for working safely and efficiently. Techniques will improve placement, rotation and extensions, and create space with the body and freedom in the joints and spine. This workshop will be beneficial for paddlers of all levels. Come spend an afternoon learning how to strengthen and stretch the muscles that work so hard on the river. Participants should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
