ASHI CPR and AED is a combined CPR and AED program designed specifically for laypeople. This course is street-based in content and skills taught, bridging the AHA curriculum to skills needed in a remote setting. The program is based upon the most current International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Taught by seasoned instructors, this hands-on course will take place at the Chattahoochee Nature Center in Roswell, Georgia. Includes training in Rescue Breathing, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and relieving Foreign Body Airway Obstructions. AED use is included in this course.

NOLS Wilderness First Aid (WFA) is being offered separately on Saturday and Sunday, February 22-23 from 8:00am-5:00pm. CPR is not required in order to complete the WFA course or to make your WFA certification valid – it is a complimentary certification that will enhance your WFA experience.
