Dear Mr. Payne:
After discussion with our Lessee as the operator of attractions on Stone Mountain Lake, the Stone Mountain Memorial Association has decided to allow private boats to operate on the lake during daylight hours during the summer months. This will be done on an experimental basis at first so that we can determine that no safety problems arise. The permitted area of operation will be from the dam to the southern tip of Goat Island.
We will have signage in place for this by May, 2008.
